1Tour bookings & reservations

All reservations made through Fun in the Sun Travel are subject to availability and confirmation. A confirmed booking requires valid payment details and traveler contact information.

When booking for a party or private tour, the lead guest assumes responsibility for providing accurate party numbers, dietary or accessibility notes, and ensuring all group members understand tour schedules and requirements.

2Cancellations & weather policy

Standard small-group tours may be cancelled or rescheduled with full refund up to 24 hours prior to scheduled departure time.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled departure or guest no-shows are non-refundable due to reserved vehicle seating and guide scheduling commitments.

Ocean and outdoor excursions depend on safe island weather conditions. If a snorkel tour or outdoor activity is cancelled by our crew due to high surf, small craft advisories, or safety concerns, you will receive the option to reschedule or obtain a full refund.

3Guest safety & liability

Guests agree to follow the safety instructions and guidance provided by our certified local guides and vehicle operators throughout each tour.

Certain tours involve walking on uneven terrain, boarding marine vessels, or snorkeling in open ocean waters. Guests are responsible for assessing their physical readiness before participating.

Fun in the Sun Travel maintains standard commercial operating insurance. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings brought on tour vehicles, boats, or historical sites.

All text, photographs, itineraries, and brand marks displayed on this website are the property of Fun in the Sun Travel or licensed for our use.

You may access, view, and print pages for personal, non-commercial use in planning your Oahu vacation. Reproducing or redistributing content without written permission is prohibited.

5SMS Terms & Mobile Messaging

Text messaging program rules, opt-out methods, and rate details

Program description

Fun in the Sun Travel may send SMS text reminders to customers who have scheduled a webinar appointment and have voluntarily agreed to receive the reminder by text message.

After a customer schedules a webinar appointment during a phone call, our representative asks for permission to send an SMS text reminder to the customer's phone number. SMS messages are sent only after the customer explicitly agrees.

Verbal consent script

During the phone call, our representative asks:

The customer must explicitly answer “Yes” before being enrolled to receive the SMS reminder.

After the customer answers “Yes,” the representative confirms:

If the customer answers “No,” the customer is not enrolled and no SMS reminder is sent.

• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
